ושלימת כל עבידתא דעבד שלמה לבית מקדשא דיי ואיתי שלמה ית קדשי דוד אבוהי וית כספא וית דהבא וית כל מניא יהב באוצרי בית מקדשא דיי:
dyy mqdsha byth bawtsry yhb mnya kl wyth dhba wyth kspa wyth abwhy dwd qdshy yth shlmh waythy dyy mqdsha lbyth shlmh debd ebydtha kl wshlymth
Thus all the work that Solomon did for Yahweh’s house was finished. Solomon brought in the things that David his father had dedicated, even the silver, the gold, and all the vessels, and put them in the treasuries of God’s house.

הא בכין כנש שלמה ית סבי ישראל וית כל רישי שבטיא רברבי אבהתא לבני ישראל לירושלם לאסקא ית ארון קימא דיי מן קרתא דדוד היא ציון:
tsywn hya ddwd qrtha mn dyy qyma arwn yth lasqa lyrwshlm yshral lbny abhtha rbrby shbTya ryshy kl wyth yshral sby yth shlmh knsh bkyn ha
Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel and all the heads of the tribes, the princes of the fathers’ households of the children of Israel, to Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of Yahweh’s covenant out of David’s city, which is Zion.

ואתכנשו לות מלכא שלמה כל אנש ישראל בחגא דמטליא דהוא בירחא שביעאה:
shbyeah byrkha dhwa dmTlya bkhga yshral ansh kl shlmh mlka lwth wathknshw
So all the men of Israel assembled themselves to the king at the feast, which was in the seventh month.

ואתו כל סבי ישראל ונטלו ליואי ית ארונא:
arwna yth lyway wnTlw yshral sby kl wathw
All the elders of Israel came. The Levites took up the ark.

ואסיקו ית ארונא וית משכן זמנא וית כל מאני קודשא די במשכנא ואסיקו יתהון כהניא וליואי:
wlyway khnya ythhwn wasyqw bmshkna dy qwdsha many kl wyth zmna mshkn wyth arwna yth wasyqw
They brought up the ark, the Tent of Meeting, and all the holy vessels that were in the Tent. The Levitical priests brought these up.

ומלכא שלמה וכל כנשתא דישראל דאזדמנו עלוהי קדם ארונא מנכסין ודבחין עאן ותורין דלית להון סכומא ולא יתמנון מן סוגעי:
swgey mn ythmnwn wla skwma lhwn dlyth wthwryn ean wdbkhyn mnksyn arwna qdm elwhy dazdmnw dyshral knshtha wkl shlmh wmlka
King Solomon and all the congregation of Israel who were assembled to him were before the ark, sacrificing sheep and cattle that could not be counted or numbered for multitude.

ואעילו כהניא ית ארונא קימא דיי לאתריה לבית כפורי דמתקן ליה כמצע ביתא לקודש קודשיא לתחות גדפי כרוביא:
krwbya gdpy lthkhwth qwdshya lqwdsh bytha kmtse lyh dmthqn kpwry lbyth lathryh dyy qyma arwna yth khnya waeylw
The priests brought in the ark of Yahweh’s covenant to its place, into the inner sanctuary of the house, to the most holy place, even under the wings of the cherubim.

והוו כרוביא פרישן גדפיהון לעלא על אתר ארונא ומטללין כרוביא על ארונא ועל נגרוהי מלעילא:
mleyla ngrwhy wel arwna el krwbya wmTllyn arwna athr el lela gdpyhwn pryshn krwbya whww
For the cherubim spread out their wings over the place of the ark, and the cherubim covered the ark and its poles above.

ואריכו נגריא והוון בליטין ומתחזן רישי נגריא מן ארונא הי כתרתין תדין על אפי בית כפורי ולא מתחזן לברא מן פרגודא והואן תמן עד יומא הדין:
hdyn ywma ed thmn whwan prgwda mn lbra mthkhzn wla kpwry byth apy el thdyn kthrthyn hy arwna mn ngrya ryshy wmthkhzn blyTyn whwwn ngrya warykw
The poles were so long that the ends of the poles were seen from the ark in front of the inner sanctuary, but they were not seen outside; and it is there to this day.

לית מדעם מיחת בארונא לחוד תרין לוחיא די יהב תמן משה כד אתברו על עיסר עגלא דעבדו בחורב ותרין לוחיא חורניתא שריריא דעליהון חקיק כתב מפרש עשרתי דבריא הנון לוחי קימא דגזר יי עם בני ישראל במפקהון ממצרים:
mmtsrym bmpqhwn yshral bny em yy dgzr qyma lwkhy hnwn dbrya eshrthy mprsh kthb khqyq delyhwn shryrya khwrnytha lwkhya wthryn bkhwrb debdw egla eysr el athbrw kd mshh thmn yhb dy lwkhya thryn lkhwd barwna mykhth mdem lyth
There was nothing in the ark except the two tablets which Moses put there at Horeb, when Yahweh made a covenant with the children of Israel, when they came out of Egypt.

והוה כד נפקו כהניא מן קודשא ארום כל כהניא דישתכחו תמן בקודשא אתקדשו לית להון עסקא במטרת ביתא לפלוגת ליואי:
lyway lplwgth bytha bmTrth esqa lhwn lyth athqdshw bqwdsha thmn dyshthkkhw khnya kl arwm qwdsha mn khnya npqw kd whwh
When the priests had come out of the holy place (for all the priests who were present had sanctified themselves, and didn’t keep their divisions;

וליואי משבחיא לכלהון גניסיא לאסף להימן לידותון ולבניהון ולאחוהון לבשין לבושין דבוץ משבחין בצלצלין בנבלין ובכנרין קימין ממדנחא למדבחא ועמהון כהניא עד מאה ועשרין מחצצרין בחצוצרתא:
bkhtswtsrtha mkhtstsryn weshryn mah ed khnya wemhwn lmdbkha mmdnkha qymyn wbknryn bnblyn btsltslyn mshbkhyn dbwts lbwshyn lbshyn wlakhwhwn wlbnyhwn lydwthwn lhymn lasp gnysya lklhwn mshbkhya wlyway
also the Levites who were the singers, all of them, even Asaph, Heman, Jeduthun, and their sons and their brothers, arrayed in fine linen, with cymbals and stringed instruments and harps, stood at the east end of the altar, and with them one hundred twenty priests sounding with trumpets);

והוה כחדא מכונין למחצריא ולמשבחיא לאשמעא קל חד לשבוחוי ולאודוי לשמא דיי ובארמות קלא בחצוצרתא ובצלצלין ובזיני זמר ובתושבחא קדם יי ארום טב ארום לעלם טוביה ובית מקדשא אתמלי ענן אמיטתא בבית מקדשא דיי:
dyy mqdsha bbyth amyTtha enn athmly mqdsha wbyth Twbyh lelm arwm Tb arwm yy qdm wbthwshbkha zmr wbzyny wbtsltslyn bkhtswtsrtha qla wbarmwth dyy lshma wlawdwy lshbwkhwy khd ql lashmea wlmshbkhya lmkhtsrya mkwnyn kkhda whwh
when the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking Yahweh; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised Yahweh, saying, “For he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever!” then the house was filled with a cloud, even Yahweh’s house,
